I stayed in a Family Room for one night and appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the accommodations. Although the outdated decor was noticeable and the shower had issues, the staff delivered friendly service and the dining options were enjoyable. This place is great for families looking for a convenient stay.

The staff were very helpful and the food in the Brasserie was excellent and not overly expensive. Also provided an excellent breakfast .
It is an old hotel and the decor has been updated in some areas but is a bit dated in others.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When I requested an iron it was brought to my room promptly.
The decor wasn't what I was expecting for a four star hotel.

I liked the general overall atmosphere of the hotel and in particular how welcome the staff made me feel
Only that the food, whilst exceptionally good, could have been hotter, especially the buffet breakfast.
